A few things you should know about working at Wanderwell:
We believe in a healthy work-life integration: our full time employees enjoy a two-weeks to infinity time off policy. In addition to paid holidays, our whole company takes off the entire week between Christmas and New Years.
Most of our team works remotely, with a flexible work schedule (meaning, you need two hours in the middle of every Thursday for a weekly yoga class/nap/running group/D&D club meetup... we're usually good with that.)
We build a lot of support, regular check-ins, and teamwork into our work weeks. And at the same time, favor a culture of personal accountability and individual ownership over hierarchical management; the self-motivated and those with strong self-management skills tend to find the most success in our work culture.
